Genocide’s Fine — So Long as the Right People Do It
Posted on June 24, 2025
If you’ve ever wondered how many Palestinian children have to die before Britain’s so-called “opposition” party says something, the answer is apparently all of them. But only if they’re being killed by a country we call an “ally.”
Yes, while Gaza turns to ash, and entire families are wiped off the map before they even get a chance to flee, Keir Starmer and his Labour Party are doing… precisely nothing. Actually, scratch that — they’re doing worse than nothing. They’re backing it.
Not with loud applause, of course. That would be gauche. But with silence, smiles at donor dinners, and the occasional well-rehearsed line: “Israel has the right to defend itself.”
At this point, it might be quicker to list what Israel doesn’t have the right to do, according to Labour.
Starmer’s Labour: Clean Suits, Dirty Consciences
When Keir Starmer ran for Labour leader, he promised decency, integrity, and to unite a party that had been ripped apart. What he delivered was a sanitised version of Blairism — only this time, without the charisma or the accidental free school meals.
Instead of principles, we now get carefully managed PR, MPs who say nothing unless it’s been cleared by a donor, and a whole front bench that treats war crimes like minor policy disagreements.
And the money? Oh, the money’s flowing.
Money Talks — Especially in Gaza
Let’s talk cash — because that’s how politics works now. Forget ideas, it’s all about who can bankroll your next media consultant.
Trevor Chinn, a multimillionaire Zionist donor, gave Starmer £50,000 during his leadership campaign. Fun fact: that donation was only declared after Starmer won. Transparency’s for losers.
Since then, Chinn has handed out another £150k+ to Starmer’s top team — including David Lammy, Wes Streeting, and Rachel Reeves.
Labour Friends of Israel (LFI) have flown dozens of Labour MPs out to Israel over the years for very helpful “fact-finding” trips — with conveniently sunny photos and very few Palestinians in the background.
Stuart Roden, another generous investor, dropped over £1 million into Labour and its key ministers in the past couple of years.
Now, of course, just because someone donates money doesn’t mean they own you… but let’s be honest. If someone gave you a million quid, you’d probably remember their name before you made any public statements — especially the ones involving genocide.
This Isn’t War. It’s a Slaughter
Let’s be really clear: what’s happening in Gaza isn’t “a complicated conflict.” It’s not “two sides.” It’s a military power dropping bombs on trapped civilians with nowhere to run. That’s not a war. That’s a slaughter.
Starmer knows this. The whole Labour front bench knows this. But still, they choose silence — or worse, excuses.
When asked whether cutting off water and electricity to Gaza was a war crime, Starmer basically shrugged and said Israel was entitled to do it.
You know what that means in real terms? Starmer’s Labour think it’s fine to turn off the water while kids are dying of dehydration. Because, apparently, being “allies” means never having to say sorry.
Speak Up and You’re a Problem
And just when you think it couldn’t get darker, here comes the magic trick.
Raise a concern? You’re an antisemite.
Point out that international law is being broken? Must be a terrorist sympathiser.
Say “Palestinian lives matter”? Well, now you’re a problem, aren’t you?
This is the real sickness in British politics right now — the idea that defending human rights is somehow fringe or dangerous, while being complicit in mass death is just “diplomacy.”
History Repeats, But We Pretend It’s Different
The really bleak part? We’ve been here before. Remember Blair? Iraq? The dodgy dossiers? The made-up weapons?
We said “never again.”
Now it’s: “Well, it’s a bit different this time.”
Because this time, it’s Israel.
This time, they’re our friends.
This time, the people dying don’t matter enough.
No Mistake — This Is Calculated
Starmer’s Labour isn’t failing to speak up by accident. This is calculated. This is politics as usual. The children of Gaza don’t vote here. They don’t donate. They don’t host champagne fundraisers in North London.
So Labour — like the Tories — has decided they don’t count. And in doing so, they’ve shown that in Britain, genocide is only a crime when your enemies do it.
If your allies are behind the bombs?
Well, then it’s just another day at the office.
The only thing more British than hypocrisy is pretending it’s someone else’s fault and here’s the best bit.
It’s paving the way for a Fascist government called Reform UK.
