A Lovely Summer Day

Spent yesterday, doing my own thing, in my own time and it was great. New Beginnings…….

Today has been a watershed in my life as I moved out of the family home and into the premises below, with an old friend, the very kind Colin Norton. Oakley boys ruined their chance of victory versus Fleet yesterday, when fine bowling from all the boys was let down by no fewer than 9 routine dropped catches, George suffered worst having four dropped off his bowling. On the positive side George top scored in the batting to take him second in the averages charts. They play there last game tonight with 2 runs seperating 5 batsmen.
