Our U15's boys cricket season comes to an end this week-end, and though I will be tinged with a bit of sadness, I am starting to look forward to week ends when I don't have to rush off in the mornings. Went to a 40th Birthday/Fancy Dress party on Saturday, and I must say it was great fun. The effort the hosts, and guests went to to make it feel like a very genuine 80's throwback was extraordinary. These sort of parties if done half hearted, can be a bit of a disaster, but the fact that everyone put in a lot of effort made the evening that went on to the early hours with plenty of naff music to dance to.
