Holiday Day 4

Day four of our trip was a kind of groundhog day version of day three so not to much to report on really except that I went for a really long run on the beach, and I think I may have damaged ligaments on my right ankle. Tomorrow will tell the extent of the damage which hopefully does not have an effect on surfing and swimming etc.
We also had some obligatory petty sibling squabbles between George and Harry, but not nearly as petty as the one which took place between my good self and Mr Newton over a missed bus, which resulted John very publicly calling me a c-nt and me telling him to f-ck off. We have made up now as Heidi told us that there would be no more ice cream for the rest of the holiday until we have learnt to behave ourselves. Kids who’d have them!
